Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not mean we have accepted it. We may verify product availability, delivery details, pricing, and payment before accepting an order. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and release or refund any collected funds.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, special freight charges, and payment-plan costs are shown before confirmation. If you select installments, you authorize the agreed scheduled charges until the balance is paid. Failed or disputed payments may pause fulfillment or require another payment method.

We aim to describe machines accurately. Specifications, colors, packaging, and included items can change by production batch. Images may show optional attachments unless expressly listed as included. Contact us before ordering if a particular measurement or attachment is essential.

Compact machinery can cause serious injury or property damage. The buyer is responsible for reading the operator guidance, arranging appropriate training, inspecting the machine before use, wearing protective equipment, and complying with local licensing, transport, emissions, and site-safety requirements.

Each product page states the warranty offered with that machine. Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or consumable items. A claim may require photographs, records, remote diagnosis, or return of the affected part.

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. To the extent permitted by law, TerraVex is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or copy content in violation of applicable rights. We may update these terms for future use; the version displayed when an order is accepted governs that order.
