Shipping area and timing
Free freight offers apply only where shown at checkout and to eligible commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. Remote, residential, limited-access, liftgate, island, or special-handling delivery may require an additional quote.
We provide an estimated dispatch and delivery window after confirming your order. Dates are estimates, not guarantees, because carrier schedules, weather, and access conditions can change.
Receiving your machine
An adult must be available to receive freight with suitable unloading equipment. Before signing, inspect the crate and machine, photograph all sides, and note visible damage on the carrier receipt.
Report missing items, wrong merchandise, or freight damage to support@terravex.com within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the machine, crate, and packing materials available for inspection.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. An order can be cancelled for a full refund before it is prepared for dispatch. Once freight has been booked or the machine has shipped, carrier and return costs may be deducted from the refund.
Returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. A machine must be unused, unmodified, unregistered, and returned with all supplied parts, manuals, keys, and original packing. Do not ship a return without written authorization.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for insured return freight. TerraVex covers reasonable return costs when we confirm that the machine arrived materially damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
After the authorized return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or explain any deduction for missing parts, damage, use, or non-returnable freight costs. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
